This is a nice park located behind Woodbridge Town Hall. There is an extensive network of well maintained trails. We walked the perimiter trails, which run along the edges of the park, often nearby neighborhood backyards. The park was established in 1928, and was named after the town clerk's mother. (This is all according to the sign at the entrance to the park). The real story was the beautiful weather! The end of July is often hot and humid, but on this day it was mid-70's and sunny, with low humidity. The weather and the nice park combined for a really nice hike. The last picture below was taken in front of the town hall buildings near where we parked.

This tract of land is a popular hiking spot in the towns of Orange and Woodbridge. At the beginning of the trails, there's a neat brook that looked slick with the layer of ice on it. We hiked a loop trail that went into a nice pine forest.
