Fleisher Preserve is a piece of land owend by the Watertown Land Trust. We hiked the loop trail. It was a nice quiet walk in the woods. There was some fresh flowers planted, along with some teepees just off the trail. There are signs that describe the various types of plant life on the trail. There was one for skunk cabbage.

We had visited Black Rock Lake in Thomaston before (with no access to the actual lake), but this time we stopped at the actual State Park in Watertown. We hiked a short trail that followed Black Rock Brook that ended near the dam. When we returned to the car, there were a bunch of people with fake swords and shields playing some sort of war game. At one point, I heard one of them say "Let them re-spawn". Maybe they were re-creating a video game? I really don't know.
