Bethlehem
Pine Hollow Arboretum

This place really wasn't what I was expecting. I guess I thought there would be more flowers. I realize it's "off-season," and we probably should have come three months earlier, but I thought maybe there would be some fall flowers. There's a network of trails here, so it was a nice walk in the woods, but nothing really special. We visited a different arboretum after this one, and that one did have some flowers.

Albany County Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail

These are photos from the Bethlehem section of our Albany County Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail adventure. We covered a little over a half mine in Bethlehem, before turning around and heading back. We checked out a side trail here, but didn't go too far because it looked like erosion had washed away a section of the trail, and that continuing on might be pretty dangerous.
