Happy Halloween from the Jersey Shore! It was another spectacular beach day, with temps in the low 80's. We're loving these summer-like days so late in the year! Dogs are allowed on this beach between October and April, but like other nearby communities, they are never allowed on the boardwalk. We walked the entire length of the beach in Belmar. The north end of the beach is at the mouth of the Shark River, and the south end of the beach is at the Spring Lake border. It was an easy walk along the shore, just shy of four miles total.
