This is the start of part one of our Jersey Shore beach trip on this day. The entire beach in Allenhurst in about 0.4 miles long. The sign indicates "No Dogs On Beach Or Boardwalk May 1 - October 1", but another sign on the actual beach indicated that dogs weren't allowed on the boardwalk at all. We parked along the street on Ocean Place. We first walked south and headed into Loch Arbour Beach, then turned around and head north passing back through Allenhurst, and into Deal. We walked back here from Deal, walking 2.5 miles total. It was breezy at first, but warmed up nicely over the walk. It was a very pleasant beach walk.
