This might have been the coldest day we went for a hike. It was in the upper teens at the start. We were moving and climbing hills so we didn't have any problems with the cold. The park provides a nice view of the Connecticut River. We encountered other hikers with dogs and actually had to wait our turn for the photo op!

This is a very nice town park, with picnic areas, atheletic fields, playgrounds and some trails. I guess we followed the "Nature Trail." You can sort of see our path on the crude map on the first picture. The "meadows" open up and connect to what looks like a farm area. There were other dog walkers out in that area. We explored some of the open space as well as the trail.
