The name of the park might be a bit of an overreach, but there are some nice trails here none the less. We hiked a three mile loop trail that included a wide gravel path, a mowed portion through a meadow near the lake, and a standard, narrow dirt trail through the woods. It wasn't quite paradise, but it was good enough adventure on a hot and steamy afternoon.

We stopped at Artisan Park, where we were surprised to find a small vendor fair with food trucks and a live band. We walked around the vendor area for a bit, although Lexi wasn't a fan of the loud music. We then visited the Path of Life Sculpture Garden, where admission was posted at $6, but we were only charged $5. There weren't as many sculptures as I've seen at some other places, but a few stood out. I particularly liked "Community," with its stone faces, and "Creativity," which featured multiple statues that looked like a band. There were also some nice views of the Connecticut River. In the center of the garden is a bush maze, and the hint sign is a decoy, so don't fall for it! Lexi usually manages to find her way out of these mazes, but this time I had to resort to the map on AllTrails. After walking through the rest of the garden, we returned to the fair, where Mandy and Lexi enjoyed a hot dog from one of the food trucks. It was a short walk, but between the sculptures, river views, and unexpected festival, it turned out to be a good day.
