This park recently opened to the public in June of 2026. It's situated on the site of a former golf course, that was situated on the site of a former dairy farm. It is being "re-wilded" back into a more natural state. There are a series of walking trails, part gravel, part mowed, and even some that are part paved. There's a large pavilion, a picnic area, and a few dog poop bag dispensers throughout. 95% of the walking trails are wide open with little shade, so I would avoid this on a real hot day. Fortunately, it was only in the low 70's for our visit. Beaver Brook runs through the property, but there is no real access to it. Of course, that wasn't going to stop Mandy and Lexi, who found a way to cool off in the brook near one of the bridges. We walked most of the loop, as well as some of the other trails in the middle of the park, enjoying a very pleasant 2.5 mile walk on a late August afternoon.
