This is a Westchester County Park, available only to Westchester County residents in-season. The restriction is probably because of the large pool area, which I imagine is quite busy in the summer months. There are some paved and dirt walking paths, and some fishing areas near the Hutchinson River and Pelham Lake. The Hutchinson River Parkway runs along side the park. We pretty much walked the entire park, including the sidewalk along side the river under the parkway that leads to Pelham. Our walk was a little over a mile total.
