Great Woods Conservation Area

This is a large wooded area that abuts the XFinity Center concert venue (which used to also be called "Great Woods" before the corporate naming sell-out). We hiked the 1.8 mile "Great Woods Loop", as found in the All-Trails app. Since the loop was short, we also hiked an out and back trail that led to the concert venue parking lot. The trails are basically flat, and it was a very easy hike, although the one that leads out to the concert venue is a bit overgrown. We wound up hiking just shy of four miles altogether, but none of it was that memorable. There's nothing here that makes this patch of woods stand out from any other we visited.

Mansfield Crossing

This is an outdoor shopping plaza that features a small body of water called Woodside Pond in the center of the property. There is a stone-dust walking trail that loops the small pond. We circled the pond, and walked around the shopping area, but didn't wind up visiting any of the stores. You can see in some of the pictures that Mandy's harness wasn't on correctly. She must have partially slipped out and I didn't even notice until I looked at the pictures when I got home!
