This is the first of two parks we visited, situated along the north end of Memphremagog Lake in Magog, Quebec, Canada. The park is connected to Pointe-Merry Park by the La Montagnarde bike path, which features a separate pedestrian lane through this section. Legend has it, that a sea monster named Memphre lives in the lake. The fountain in the picture below is modeled after the creature. This is a nice park, with scenic views of the lake, a very small beach area, gardens, statues and picnic areas. We walked about three miles here, across both parks, wrapping up Mandy & Lexi's first international trip.

This is the companion park to Magog Bay Park. Both parks are situated between the La Montagnarde bike path and Lake Memphremagog. They are both beautiful parks that are well kept and offer great views of the lake. Mandy couldn't leave Canada without taking a quick dip in the lake!
