Fahnestock State Park

This is a massive state park - 22.4 square miles. We stopped at a boat launch along the very scenic Canopus Lake. Although there's no photo of it, Mandy and Lexi were able to get in the lake here to cool off on a hot day. There is a beach area for this lake, but it requires $10 to park, and dogs aren't allowed so we couldn't do that. After the dogs dip, we drove a small way up the road to another parking area, and took a hike around Pelton Pond.
