I don't know if this spot is really known as "The Intersection", but that's what the Google AI-empowered search results call it. It's a summer recreation area at "The Intersection" of the West and Rock Rivers. The spot isn't labeled on any map that I have seen, but we drove past it the day before coming back from our previous trip, so I thought it was worth checking out. It can actually get quite crowded on a hot summer day. Thankfully, it wasn't too busy on a Monday evening, but the cars were all lined up and down the road the day before. There were people swimming, fishing, sunbathing, rafting and playing in the shallow water. I thought Mandy and Lexi would enjoy it a lot more. They like sitting in the water, but I tried to coax them to go out further and they really wanted no part of that. There's not much in the way of a walk here, but it's definitely a nice spot to cool off on a hot day.
