Danvers Rail Trail

This stone dust surfaced bike trail was muddy and icy. For some reason, I thought this was a paved trail, but I guess I didn't do enough research. I also thought most of the ice would be gone, but it wasn't. We only walked about a half mile before abandoning the trail, and hitting the sidewalks through the downtown area.

We walked through the "downtown" section of the town, mostly along Maple Street. We were planning on walking along the Danvers Rail Trail, but it was too muddy and icy. We only wound up walking about a mile and a half total through town.
